The Access Specialist serves as the organization's first point of contact. This is a remote position in Indiana and the ability to be on call is required. The incumbent is responsible for managing and directing all incoming calls, scheduling assessment appointments and intakes, and managing referrals for new clients in Indiana's various behavioral health programs. Applicants must demonstrate excellent customer service and adaptability.

Qualifications
A valid driver’s license is required in addition to a driving record that complies with Volunteers of America only if the employee is assigned to a transport program, participants, or any other type of activity that mandates driving.
