Job Description

You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."

You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.

At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.

THE WORK

  • You'll support senior staff throughout all phases of projects or programs, including pre-design, procurement, construction, and post-construction, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to the highest industry standards.
  • You'll oversee, manage, and coordinate the activities and operations of the procurement and contracts department, including highly technical purchasing services and contracts.
  • You'll coordinate assigned activities with other divisions, departments, and external agencies, while providing administrative support to project directors.
  • You'll handle comprehensive contract and procurement administration responsibilities.
  • You'll oversee, coordinate, and ensure construction compliance with contract documents, safety regulations, and environmental stipulations.
  • You'll manage the entire contract life cycle from initiation to final completion and contract closeout.
  • You'll validate the Request for Approval process submitted by Construction Management Contractors.
  • You'll ensure that contracts are executed in strict accordance with the commercial, legal, and technical conditions established by the parties.
  • You'll monitor contractor and subcontractor performance and compliance, taking appropriate actions to guarantee all parties meet their obligations.
  • You'll work with the assigned cost controller to ensure contract execution adheres to the planned budget.
  • You'll collaborate with the assigned scheduler to ensure contract execution aligns with the activities defined in the contract execution schedule.
  • You'll work with the PMC team to monitor potential risks during contract execution and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are implemented.
  • You'll handle administrative tasks related to the role.
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships
  • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a relevant field of study
  • Master's degree in a relevant field of study, preferred
  • 6 to 10 years of experience as a Contract Manager in Mission Critical Construction projects
  • Strong knowledge background in contract lifecycle management, project control/schedule, risk management, compliance, and cost control
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with over 5 years of experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Capacity to explain technical concepts in layman's terms
  • Outstanding organizational skills

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

  • The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list.
  • You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.
  • AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You'll use it, and you'll help shape it.
  • Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.
  • Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.
  • Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That's the point.
  • Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR's 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction's Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.
