Join our Digital team as a Product Owner and take ownership of the "What" and the "Why" of new innovative Digital Products powered by GenAI/AI to support Sanofi's global strategy definition.

MiStrat is a flagship Digital product with a bold ambition: use AI to fundamentally change how Sanofi builds its portfolio and evaluates acquisitions. The platform consolidates market intelligence, pipeline data, and financial models into a single source of truth, enabling Corporate Strategy, Portfolio Strategy, and M&A teams to move from static annual planning to continuous, data-driven decision-making.

In this role, you will own MiStrat's product vision and roadmap. Working with a dedicated cross-functional team, you will shape a product that goes beyond dashboards: an AI-powered strategic intelligence engine that surfaces acquisition opportunities, models portfolio scenarios, and helps leadership act on market signals in real time. Main responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap. Balance near-term delivery with long-term ambition and make sure every feature ties to measurable business value
• Work closely with Corporate Strategy, Finance, and Portfolio Strategy teams to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements
• Shape how we integrate data from internal systems and external market intelligence
• Translate complex product and data concepts for senior leadership. You'll present to executives regularly
• Drive delivery with engineers, data scientists, and designers
• Prioritize ruthlessly based on outcomes, not features shipped

• You're building, not maintaining. Some data foundations are in place. Others you'll need to shape. We need someone who can define the product vision while working through data realities
• Our problems are hard. MiStrat informs billion-dollar portfolio decisions: which assets to prioritize, which acquisitions to pursue, how to model their impact. This isn’t another dashboard
• The team is small, the landscape is complex. You'll work directly with engineers, data scientists, and designers. But success requires navigating senior stakeholders across Corporate Strategy, Finance, and Portfolio Strategy. This is a role for someone who can build alignment, not just build product
• AI that changes how we work. We're using AI to change how strategic decisions get made at Sanofi, not just adding a chatbot to an existing workflow

About you

You’ll have significant experience in Product management with demonstrated ownership of complex, data-intensive platforms, ideally within a healthcare/biotech company, as well as experience of:

• Defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps which deliver measurable results‚ aligned with business objectives
• Shipping AI-powered products
• Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design, and Integration
• Making commercially and strategically sound decisions

Soft skills:

• Excellent communication and presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders
• Track-record of problem-solving and overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment
• Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills
• Strong project management skills
• Technical fluency
