Job Description

Join us as an Accelerator Journey Manager

  • Lead a welcoming, vibrant hub that allows entrepreneurs feel supported and connected, shaping experiences that bring the Accelerator brand to life both in-person and through our digital journey
  • Bring the positive energy and entrepreneurial spirit that sparks founders’ ambition, encourages stakeholders to lean in, and drives your colleagues to champion growth alongside you
  • You’ll be part of a progressive team where you can build influence, expand your network across the bank and startup ecosystem, and set yourself up for great opportunities in innovation and strategy
  • This is an office first role with an expectation to be in the office 4 days a week

What you'll do

Our bank is dedicated to supporting emerging business owners by giving them access to the vital tools and techniques they need. As an Accelerator Journey Manager, you’ll be right beside these ambitious entrepreneurs, helping them build momentum and turn bold ideas into thriving, scalable businesses.

You’ll bring the accelerator experience to life by designing and delivering social events, drop-ins, informal sessions and workshops that spark connection and real peer-to-peer support. By opening doors to the wider bank and ecosystem, you’ll give entrepreneurs the support, knowledge and energy they need to keep growing with clarity and direction.

You’ll be instrumental in:

  • Making sure every founder has a smooth, well-supported Accelerator experience by managing the full customer journey from registration to programme delivery
  • Being a visible, approachable presence in the hub, walking the floor and sparking conversations to create an engaged and connected community
  • Assessing entrepreneurs’ challenges through informal 1:1 triage and guiding them to the most relevant tools, expertise and banking solutions
  • Overseeing the planning, logistics and administration of all programme activity, and producing clear impact and ROI reporting that demonstrates the value and outcomes of every Accelerator community

The skills you'll need

An Accelerator Journey Manager understands the realities of the UK startup world: the pressures, the barriers, and the support systems that actually make a difference. That grounding in the entrepreneurial landscape means you’ll know how to spot what founders need, what works in practice, and how our programmes can create real value. We’ll look to you to be deeply committed to helping entrepreneurs make meaningful strides and achieve the outcomes that matter most to them.

This role also relies on:

  • The ability to work collaboratively, influence decisions and communicate clearly to align people around shared goals
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the resilience to stay effective under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Strong programme and project management skills for structure, coordination and consistent delivery

About NatWest Group

We’re a business that understands when our customers and people succeed, our communities succeed, and our economy thrives. As part of our purpose, we’re looking at how we can drive change for our communities in enterprise, learning and climate.

As one of the leading supporters of UK business, we’re prioritising enterprise as a force of change. We’re focusing on the people and communities who have traditionally faced the highest barriers to entry and figuring out ways to remove these.

Learning is also key to our continued growth as a company in an ever changing and increasingly digital world. By setting a dynamic and leading learning culture, our people prosper, and our customers are given the tools to continue to improve their financial capability and confidence.

One of the biggest challenges we all face in our future is climate change. That’s why we’ve put it right at the core of our purpose. We want to champion climate solutions with financing and entrepreneurial support, fully embed climate into our culture and decision making, and be climate positive by 2025.

We’re committed to using our purpose to break down barriers, drive change and ultimately create a great place to work.
