In technology strategy at PwC, you will specialise in developing and implementing strategic plans to leverage technology for business growth and innovation. You will analyse market trends, assess organisational needs, and provide guidance on technology investments and initiatives. Working in this area, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align technology strategies with overall business objectives to increase utilisation of technology resources, driving competitive advantage.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Responsibilities
Conducts thorough market research and competitive analysis, using various qualitative and quantitative research methods
Develops comprehensive action plans, strategies, and roadmaps to address client challenges and achieve their goals
Creates reusable deliverables, develops training materials, and leads automation initiatives
Simplify requirements, document designs and client processes through technical architecture and conceptual flows, based on blockchain technologies
Describes technology solutions and usage models in business terms and demonstrate business value to clients
Manages client relationships, conduct stakeholder meetings, support project administration, and identify sales opportunities
Identifies business development opportunities, develops proposals, and contributes to go-to-market initiatives and alliance partnerships
Communicates effectively in both written and verbal forms, engaging stakeholders across various situations
Lead delivery of blockchain projects including strategy assessments, proof of concept implementations, and production rollouts; manage program governance, financials, capacity planning, etc.
Coach and develop team members, fostering collaboration and delivery excellence
