As an Acceleration Center - Assurance Sectors AWM- Associate, you will engage in providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements and internal controls, enhancing the credibility and reliability of this information for various stakeholders. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on obtaining reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and issue an auditor's report that includes the auditor's opinion.

As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team. Responsibilities

- Conducting financial statement audits to evaluate compliance with regulations and internal controls
- Applying auditing methodologies to assess governance and risk management processes
- Analyzing financial transactions and disclosures to identify potential misstatements
- Utilizing data analysis and interpretation skills to discern patterns and trends in financial data
- Reviewing and verifying financial documents to support audit conclusions
- Collaborating with team members to deliver quality work and drive client value
- Developing a deeper understanding of accounting and financial reporting standards
- Engaging in continuous learning to enhance technical accounting skills and knowledge
- Adapting to diverse client needs and varying project scopes in a fast-paced environment
- Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and taking ownership of tasks

What You Must Have

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in the following field of study: Accounting
- A Bachelor's Degree or Professional License (T�tulo or C�dula Profesional) are required. Candidates whose Bachelor's Degree and/or Professional License are still pending must provide an official Letter of Completion issued by the University confirming that all academic and social service requirements are complete in order to be eligible to hire. The final Bachelor's Degree and/or Professional License must be submitted to the firm�s HC department, within 12 months as of effective start/hire date, pursuant to the corresponding executed employment agreement.
