As an Acceleration Center - Assurance CoE - Associate, you will engage in providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements and internal controls, enhancing the credibility of this information for various stakeholders. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on obtaining reasonable assurance about the accuracy of financial statements, identifying any material misstatements due to fraud or error, and contributing to the issuance of auditor reports.

As an Associate, you will be immersed in a fast-paced environment, adapting to diverse client needs and team dynamics. You will be expected to take ownership of your work, consistently delivering quality results that drive value for our clients. Responsibilities

- Conducting financial statement audits to evaluate compliance with regulations and assess governance and risk management processes
- Applying auditing methodologies and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) to deliver quality work
- Analyzing financial transactions and disclosures to identify patterns and insights
- Collaborating with team members to support client engagements and deliver value
- Utilizing data analysis and interpretation skills to enhance audit processes
- Reviewing and verifying financial documents to validate accuracy and completeness
- Developing a learning mindset to continuously improve professional and technical skills
- Engaging in client management by actively listening and addressing client needs
- Implementing data visualization techniques to present audit findings effectively
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform audit strategies and recommendations

What You Must Have

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in the following field of study: Accounting
- A Bachelor's Degree or Professional License (T�tulo or C�dula Profesional) are required. Candidates whose Bachelor's Degree and/or Professional License are still pending must provide an official Letter of Completion issued by the University confirming that all academic and social service requirements are complete in order to be eligible to hire. The final Bachelor's Degree and/or Professional License must be submitted to the firm�s HC department, within 12 months as of effective start/hire date, pursuant to the corresponding executed employment agreement.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
