What is the Accelerate Development Program?

The Accelerate Development Program (ADP) is a structured development program designed to build a strong pipeline of local talent for critical positions within Bosch.

  • Focused on external local talent (Mexican professionals)
  • Promotes professional development, enabling deep exposure to Bosch products, processes, and technologies
  • 18 to 24 months in duration, with structured rotations across locations, departments, and roles
  • You are hired as a full-time employee from day one, with the same benefits and career opportunities as any other Bosch associate
  • Targets key positions with a fast-tracked development path
  • Supported by mentors, supervisors, and program coordinators throughout the journey
  • Designed to transition you into a final role as a Process & Operations Engineer.

We aren't just looking for someone to manage numbers; we want an Automation Champion who will redefine how we view profitability and investment.

1. Automation & Innovation (The "Champion" Role)

  • Lead for Automation: Serve as the key point of contact within the Controlling Technology Group to lead the digital transformation of financial reports.
  • Process Re-engineering: Audit current reporting workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement automated solutions, shifting the team's focus from "data gathering" to "data storytelling."

2. Product & Industrial Controlling

  • Product Ownership: Take full responsibility for the financial health of specific plant products, managing budgets, variance analysis, and strategic quoting.
  • SAP Costing Excellence: Execute part-number costing to build a robust and accurate Business Plan within SAP, ensuring industrial reality is reflected in our financial forecasts.

3. Investment & Capital Management

  • Investment Assessment 2.0: Lead the evaluation of new business opportunities and CAPEX projects.
  • CAPEX Control: Monitor capital project spending and performance, ensuring that every investment aligns with our long-term profitability goals.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering in Business Intelligence and Analytics, or related fields.
  • Language: Advanced English (professional speaking and writing proficiency).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel), Knowledge of Power BI and SAP
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills for high-level management forums and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
