Job Description

System Assurance Engineer in Dubai Metro for processing the ACCA applications and support in coordinating with the internal stakeholders and external parties involved to ensure the application is processed in a timely & diligent manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic

  1. Ensure compliance with the Keolis-MHI Management System and all relevant business processes, procedures and work instructions to deliver all work with appropriate quality and governance standards.
  2. Ensure security and integrity of all data provided including reporting performance, finance and customer information; reference Keolis-MHI non-disclosure policy.
  3. Ensure compliance with all training requirements of Keolis-MHI and ensure adherence to these requirements at all times whilst in employment.

Financial

Ensure compliance with the Keolis-MHI Management System and all relevant business processes Stakeholder / Customer.

Stakeholder / Customer

  1. Coordinate with the ACCA applicant to ensure the application form with sufficient quality of information is received and where necessary meeting is organised between System Assurance Engineer and applicant.
  2. Coordinate with the Configuration Change Sponsors to ensure the ACCAs are completed in a timely manner.
  3. Coordinate with the Stakeholder representatives involved in the ACCA review to ensure the ACCAs are completed in a timely manner.
  4. Perform and carry out other duties as instructed / directed by the Configuration Change and Network Access Manager and Engineering Manager.

Operational

  1. Maintaining the Asset Configuration Change Application Register.
  2. Support System Assurance Engineer in creating necessary statistics on ACCA’s.
  3. Identify areas for Change Management process improvements.
  4. Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures, including Engineering & Maintenance procedures.
  5. Ensure compliance with the Keolis-MHI Management System and all relevant business processes, procedures and work instructions to deliver all work with appropriate quality and governance standards.
  6. Perform and carry out other duties as instructed / directed by Maintenance Planning & Network Access Manager, Engineering Manager & Head of Engineering.
  7. Ensure security and integrity of all data provided including reporting performance, finance and customer information; reference Keolis-MHI non-disclosure policy.
  8. Ensure compliance with all training requirements of Keolis-MHI and ensure adherence to these requirements at all times whilst in employment.
  9. Report any accidents, incidents, breaches or potential breaches to appropriate management or the speak up process.

Capability / People

  1. Participate to the development and support the implementation of the paperless ACCA process and any other initiatives time to time.
  2. Ensure compliance with the Keolis-MHI Management System and all relevant business processes,procedures and work instructions to deliver all work with appropriate quality and governance standards.
  3. Ensure security and integrity of all data provided including reporting performance, finance and customer information; reference Keolis-MHI non-disclosure policy.
  4. Ensure compliance with all training requirements of Keolis-MHI and ensure adherence to theserequirements at all times whilst in employment.
  5. Report any accidents, incidents, breaches or potential breaches to appropriate management or the speak up process.

Education

Engineering Graduate in either Electrical, Civil, Electronics & Communications, Transportation/Automobile, Mechanical Engineering with understanding of Metro systems. Bachelor’s in engineering discipline (B-Tech/BE).

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the Rail/Metro industry. 1. Working Knowledge of Engineering Change Management (ISO 100007).

  1. Prior experience in design change management.
  2. Experience in document control.

Skills / Training

Fluent in English. Knowledge of any other languages such as Hindi, Arabic, Malayalam will be added advantage.
