• Waterloo location, hybrid role (2 days WFH)
• Permanent full-time opportunity
• Competitive hourly rate of $39.00 + superannuation + NFP salary packaging

Aged Care Assessment Services (ACAS) operate independently of Catholic Healthcare and plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Older Australians are assessed for the care and services they truly need. Our ACAS team are growing, and we have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Service team.
What will your role look like?
Our Customer Service Officer will provide strong and efficient administration support to the organisation.
Day to day this includes:
• Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone to clients and representatives
• Conduct all client interactions in a professional, knowledgeable and supportive manner
• Respond promptly to emails from all stakeholders
• Provide strong administrative support to ACAS staff to ensure operational effectiveness
• Escalate complaints to the Customer Care Team Leader in a timely fashion
• Assist clients with inquiries related to My Aged Care and assessment outcomes
• Mail My Aged Care support plans and Delegate decision outcome notices to clients
• Conduct monthly client surveys to gather feedback and improve services
• Maintaining currency of knowledge relating to aged care services both funded and non funded.
• Assisting with continuous improvement frameworks to regularly evaluate administrative processes
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
• A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
• Commitment to excellence in customer service, both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with My Aged Care portal and the aged care and /or community services sector
• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening
• Excellent planning, organising and problem solving skills
• Willingness to apply for a Police Check
