Requirements: Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in learning welding skills. Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, automotive, maintenance, assembly, farming, military, or other hands-on environments preferred. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic shop math. Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
