Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Academy Trainer during onboarding programs and external training sessions
Assist in the preparation of training materials, practical examples, visuals, tables, presentations, and supporting documentation
Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of e-learning content and Academy resources
Cooperate with video editors and other stakeholders involved in content creation
Draft Academy-related announcements, internal communications, and promotional materials
Coordinate external training logistics with trainers and internal stakeholders
Support participation tracking, reporting activities, and the organization of Academy materials
Assist with various Academy projects and initiatives delegated by the Academy Trainer
Support the continuous improvement of Academy processes and learning materials
Job Requirements
Economics or related business-oriented studies preferred
Open to candidates from different universities and educational profiles (e.g. EKOF, Singidunum, FON, etc.)
Graduate, entry-level candidates, and final-year students are encouraged to apply
Previous internship, student organization, volunteer, or work experience is considered an advantage, but not required
Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Serbian and English
Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to work
Collaborative and supportive team player
Good knowledge of MS Office tools
Interest in learning, education, business processes, modern technologies, and AI

About the Role
As an Academy Trainee, you will support Becky Academy in the delivery and development of onboarding programs, e-learning content, external trainings, and other Academy initiatives. Working closely with the Academy Trainer, you will gradually develop knowledge of Academy processes, learning methodologies, and client-oriented training approaches while contributing to projects that help individuals learn, grow, and succeed.
