What is the role?
As an Operations Work Placement Student, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day running of the Academy, working as part of the Academy Football Operations Team.
What will you be doing?
You will support the daily administration tasks of the department including, but not restricted to;
Games and training administration
Match day coordination (including evenings and weekends)
Academy events
Academy First Team ticket allocation
Tours and tournament administration
General Academy administration

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who is passionate about football operations and wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about football and sports operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new systems.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
This placement MUST form part of the overall degree programme for you to be considered. Do not apply if your placement is optional for your degree.
Essential Skills and Experience
Experience in team sports setting.
Experience of a role within an operational department or an administrative role within a sports team (desirable)
Studying for a degree in a relevant field.
