As the Academy Instructor, you will support the delivery of Aerones Training Programs, helping technicians and operators develop the skills and knowledge needed to perform safely and effectively across all service lines.
This is a development role for individuals transitioning from Field operations to Training delivery. Working under the guidance of Senior Instructors, the Academy Instructor delivers training sessions, assists with curriculum development, and builds instructional expertise Success in this role opens a clear path to Senior Instructor and broader Academy leadership opportunities.
We specialize in cutting-edge Robotic Solutions that ensure Safety, efficiency, and top-tier service for the Wind Energy Industry and the Training Centre Team assist in the Training and Upskilling of our current and future employees. Our Team are made up of friendly and knowledgeable people. You will Join Our Team from our new larger Training facility located at 1800 Shady Oaks Dr, Denton, Texas. This role will require Travel to other sites (15-30% to wind farm sites and project locations).
