Job Description

Hiring Position: Academy Director

Working Condition: Hydride

Job purposes:

Responsible for formulating policies, strategic plans for training and human resource development. Design Training tools, development, and effective training follow-up methods and career path management of employees

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Define policies and guidelines for human resource development which is consistent with direction and strategy of the organization
  • Define the Strategic Development Roadmap in the overall picture of the organization for personnel development and upgrade knowledge and ability that is consistent with the direction and strategy of the organization including setting guidelines for communicating to related parties
  • Determine strategies, operational plans and alternatives for the operations of the subordinate divisions to comply with the plan short term and long term including the goals of the organization defined
  • Define policies and design guidelines for development and assessment for potential supervisor of the company to support the organization's sustainable growth
  • Supervise the implementation of the learning process and the personnel development process to be in accordance with development plan
  • Supervise and formulate policies for evaluating and following up on personnel development according to the work plan
  • Review and recommend and design tools for human resource development
  • Advise and formulate policies on career advancement management of employees
  • Integrate and set guidelines for communicating policies on personnel potential development to executives and business units in order to ensure correct and effective implementation
  • Set strategy and Strategic People Development Roadmap of the organization
  • Set guidelines for creating and promoting organizational learning
  • Supervise the implementation of the learning process and the personnel development process in accordance with the plan
  • Determine the development roadmap of employees in each career line linked to the competency system and career path management of employees

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor / Master degree in general management, human resources (HR) and/or other relevant areas are preferred
  • 10-15 years of experience in HR strategy, learning & development, or Organization Development
  • Experience in Learning & Development planning, curriculum design
  • Have knowledge and experience in applying adult learning principles & new trend technology for development Tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Good in presentation, Having a service mind and facilitative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure & changing environment
