Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for the next generation of backend engineers who possess:

• The Right Timing: You are currently in your final year of studies in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field, looking for your bridge into the professional world.
• Coding Foundations: You have a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and data structures. Academic or personal project experience in C#/.NET is a huge plus, but strong foundations in Java or C++ are also welcome.
• Curiosity & Grit: You are passionate for high-performance tech, backend architecture, distributed systems, and solving complex, high-concurrency puzzles.
• AI-Native Mindset: You're not afraid to pair with AI coding assistants — you know how to prompt, review, and own the output. You see vibe coding as a superpower, not a shortcut, and you're excited to learn how world-class engineers wield it responsibly at scale.
• Audacity: You find exciting, not intimidating, the fact that your applications will be used by hundreds of thousands of people, all at once, causing transactions per second that will melt the CPUs if not coded properly.
• Availability You can dedicate yourself full-time to workshops, team coding sessions, and mentorship syncs for the duration of the 3 weeks.
