The University of Notre Dame Graduate School has a crucial role in supporting graduate programs and helping ensure that Notre Dame graduate students become a force for good in the world. With many nationally and internationally recognized graduate programs, the Graduate School attracts top scholars from all over the globe. We are looking for someone who is driven, a problem solver, and a collaborative partner to achieve the mission and vision of Our Lady’s University in advancing graduate studies.
Reporting to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, the Program Director for Academic Services will play a crucial role in student-related academic issues concerning the 41 academic programs under the purview of the Graduate School. The Program Director for Academic Services will provide information to programs regarding policies and procedures, as well as solutions to resolve issues. The Program Director will work closely with the Registrar’s Office and liaison with graduate department administrators and faculty, and ISSA regarding international students. This role will interface with students, administrators, and faculty. The Program Director for Academic Services will supervise the Senior Academic Services Coordinator and, when necessary, student and temporary workers.
