The extent of the reduction will depend on the quantity and quality of their Scopus-indexed publications over the past five (5) years.

The School of Humanities, Social and Education Sciences, Department of Education Sciences, seeks to recruit qualified academics following disciplines and academic ranks:

• Special & Inclusive Education (Any Rank)
• Sociology of Education (Lecturer/Assistant Professor)

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

• Doctorate degree (PhD holder in the relevant field)
• Postgraduate Degree in the relevant field
• Expertise, teaching experience and strong background in Education Sciences and more specifically in the relevant disciplines (Special & Inclusive Education and Sociology of Education)
• Digital Competences
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Evidence of producing high impact publications in major are
• Student Oriented

• Innovative
• Team Worker
• Emotionally Intelligent

Former Teaching and Research Experience:

• For the rank of Lecturer substantial proof of competence in teaching and research is required
• For the rank of Assistant Professor at least 3 years of continuous academic and research experience in renowned academic institutions is required
• For the rank of Associate Professor at least 8 years of continuous academic and research experience in renowned academic institutions is required
• For the rank of Professor at least 12 years of continuous academic and research experience in renowned academic institutions is required
