School Information and Service Daily Operation:
• Assist in setting block parent and student desk based on request, and inform team about the blocking in the system.
• Assist in checking student attendance.
• Assist in ATM gateway socialization.
Manage Back to School Event:
• Assist in the distribution of the subject textbook.
• Handle order and payment for the subject textbook.
Student Activities Planning:
• Set new academic year for ECY/EL-MS/HS level :
o Set semester / term period
o Set day structure
o Set HOD/SH/LH/Group Staff
o Set View Student Data
• Create timetable for ECY/EL-MS/HS student :
o Creating student list per class
o Create ASC timetable
Student Report Card / Progress Report Management:
• Assist in the preparation the checklist for the documents needed for School's Accreditation.
• Assist in the preparation of documents related to student's data, school's facility, Lesson Plan, SOW, pictures for obtaining School's Permit.
• Assist for document needed for accreditation. (Coordinate with teacher, BM, SRD, Library).
Excellent records & data service :
• Handle subject composition activity, timetable parameter, day structure/sessions arrangement, teacher's assignment, proposing solution.
General duties:
• Suggest improvement process / procedure related to school information and services activities, Perform activities related to quality Management System.
• Perform and complete other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
Education Requirement:
• Diploma Degree (D3), or
• University student (6th semester)
Work Exposure/ Experience:
No working experience
