Key Responsibilities:

• Teacher Management: Supervise and improve teacher and class quality, schedule classes, and handle teacher compliance.
• Academic Operations: Develop and maintain educational resources, and propose curriculum improvements.
• Product Development: Research and develop new teaching products aligned with market needs and company strategy.
• Teaching & Reporting: Participate in teaching programs and provide regular reports to the BOD.

Requirements:

• Education: Masters degree in Education or related fields with 3-5 years of experience, or a Bachelors degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Language Skills: IELTS 7.5 or higher.
• Certifications: TESOL, CELTA, or similar are a plus.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, educational management, communication, teamwork, and experience with international education systems.
