Geisinger Primary Care South Wilkes-Barre is the home of the Kistler Family Medicine Residency program, a three-year dedicated family medicine residency clinic. If you are passionate about teaching, community care, and shaping the future of family medicine, apply today.

What You’ll Do:

  • Teach, mentor, and inspire family medicine residents
  • Provide full-spectrum care in a supportive, innovative environment
  • Collaborate on curriculum development and program leadership
  • Participate in resident recruitment, didactic instruction, and simulation training
  • Engage in program administration and continuous improvement

Position Details:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have at least three years of clinical experience and be American Boards of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Boards of Family Medicine (AOBFM) board certified. Prior teaching experience (residents and/or students) is preferred.
