The Opportunity:
Responsibilities:
• Determine course curriculum sequence to meet educational and instructional goals and outcomes of MP3 POI.
• Create curriculum and POI through Planning, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation, and Maintenance (PADDIE+M) instructional design method.
• Recommend course material(s) that support MP3 curriculum and POI to include, slide decks, charts, graphs, media, computer aided/generated graphics and content, booklets, handouts, and distance learning software.
• Design practical exercises that accurately assess student knowledge and performance.
• Design academic exams to assess student knowledge, retention, and performance.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience of training and exercise development and delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in utilizing Blackboard and integrating curriculum, evaluations, and student tracking mechanisms into Blackboard.
• Demonstrated operational or institutional training domain experience and integration across Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership & Education, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF).
Desired:
• Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree.
• Active PMP certification.
• Instructional Systems Design Certification (CISD, CTT, CTTS, or CTM).
• Demonstrated, recent (within the last five years) experience with or knowledge of the SOF training environment.
• Proven understanding of the emerging and non-traditional concepts that are shaping the character of contemporary joint and multinational warfare.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$70,100 - $147,400
