For our school in Forlì, we are looking for an energetic and inspiring Academic Coordinatorwho will play a key role in shaping the academic excellence of our centre.

Your Mission

As our Academic Coordinator, you will:

• Drive the implementation of all Kids&Us academic protocols, ensuring consistency and excellence across every class

• Uphold and continuously reinforce the school’s quality standards in line with Kids&Us academic KPIs

• Support, mentor, and collaborate with the teaching team to deliver outstanding learning experiences

• Work closely with the School Director on all academic planning and decision-making

• Act as a key reference point for all academic matters within the school

Requirements:

• Residence in Forlì or nearby areas

• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher)

• Advanced or Proficiency level in Italian (C1 or higher)

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not essential

• Clean criminal record (Certificate of Carichi Pendenti)

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• A genuine passion for working with children

What we offer:

• Initial annual contract, with the possibility of a permanent position upon renewal

• Part-time role: 20 hours per week

• Start date: September 2026

• Full training program both online and on-the-job
