Job Description
Ensure implementation of Telecom Foundations academic vision through authentic, activity-based, and hands-on learning practices.
Monitor students academic progress and provide guidance and support to teachers to maintain quality education standards.
Coordinate with the Campus Head/Principal for course planning, academic operations, and policy compliance.
Oversee examinations, academic records, attendance, and result analysis, ensuring transparency and discipline.
Conduct teacher training, open houses, and support enrollment targets as assigned by the Campus Head.
Manage day-to-day academic activities, communication with stakeholders, and reporting to Telecom Foundation Headquarters.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
Minimum
Bachelors Degree
(mandatory).
Masters Degree
will be considered an added advantage.
Relevant
Diploma or certification
in education or school administration is a plus.
Experience
Minimum
7 years of relevant experience
Additional
2 years experience advantage
for candidates holding a Masters degree.
School Administration experience is mandatory
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Sound understanding of academic systems, curriculum planning, and assessment methods.
Ability to train, mentor, and supervise teaching staff.
Proficiency in educational technologies and administrative tools.
Strong problem-solving and crisis-management capabilities.
