We are seeking a highly motivated Academic Coordinator cum Lecturer for our Higher Education Institute, specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronic Engineering. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for shaping the future of engineering education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating academic operations by sourcing and assigning qualified lecturers to relevant modules, preparing annual timetables, and arranging lecturer contracts and payments for visiting faculty.
• Preparing, reviewing, and internally verifying assignments and examinations, conducting lectures where required, and overseeing practical sessions and necessary materials.
• Taking and monitoring attendance of both students and lecturers, evaluating lectures, and ensuring compliance with academic and institutional standards throughout the academic year.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or advanced diploma holders in related fields.
• Experience in academic coordination will be an added advantage.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Highly organized and able to take responsibilities.
• Be able to complete all administrative related tasks in academic coordination.
• Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
