Higher Education Position Academic Associate - Decision Sciences Area Purpose

Chairperson - Decision Sciences Area Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• The candidate is required to provide research and teaching support to the faculty depending on the requirements of the faculty.
• The candidate should be willing and interested to assist faculty on all aspects of their academic research and teaching work.
• The candidate should support the proctoring duties of the institute as and when assigned and other assignments that are given from time to time.

Qualification and Personal Profile
Candidates are required to hold a Master’s degree in Statistics or Operations Research or closely related field (Industrial Engineering, Applied Math, Scientific Computing, etc.); additionally, MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) which is equivalent to master’s degree from reputed business schools will also be considered. Initially for a period of one year, extendable up to a maximum period of three years. Stipend
An all-inclusive monthly stipend will be in the range of ₹ 43,000/- to ₹ 55,000/- based on experience of the applicant.
