
NAYA Family Center is seeking a creative, organized, and youth-centered Academic and Enrichment Coordinator to join our Youth and Education Services team. This role creates engaging learning and enrichment opportunities for Native youth in grades 2–8 throughout the school year, as well as during spring and summer breaks. As the Academic and Enrichment Coordinator, you'll help turn program goals into meaningful, hands-on experiences that support academic growth, cultural connection, personal development, and wellness. You'll coordinate daily programming, build relationships with schools and community partners, support youth goal plans, and help create a welcoming, culturally responsive environment where young people are encouraged to learn, grow, and thrive. If you're someone who enjoys working with youth, organizing engaging programs, building community partnerships, and creating opportunities for young people to connect with their culture and reach their goals, this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with general working hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some schedule flexibility is available with approval, and occasional evenings and weekends may be required. Pay for this position is $27.00 per hour.
