
Academic and Behavior Interventionist
Position Purpose
Under the direct supervision of an administrator, to assist certified professional staff and administration in aiding students to meet instructional and/or behavioral goals. Also, to support administration in providing effective and consistent student discipline by supervising students in alternative learning environments; by creating and implementing academic and behavior support plans; by supporting the building of relationships between staff and students; and by developing and supporting schoolwide Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS).

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Contract:
29 hours per week, 177 days per year
Support Professional Employees Salary Schedule: Level E1
Not Benefit eligible
