The successful candidate will work closely with students and families to help them present authentic, confident, and well-positioned applications while developing strong interview and assessment skills.

Duties include:

• 
  Mentoring students through the full essay development process, including brainstorming, structuring, drafting, and revision.
• 
  Supporting personal statements, application essays, supplemental questions, and scholarship submissions.
• 
  Providing detailed, constructive feedback while preserving the student’s voice and originality.
• 
  Preparing students for admissions interviews, including student and parent interviews.
• 
  Coaching students for admissions assessments such as English, Maths, reasoning, aptitude tests, and written tasks.
• 
  Conducting mock interviews and test simulations.
• 
  Delivering clear feedback and targeted improvement plans.
• 
  Advising families on admissions expectations, timelines, and preparation strategies.
• 
  Collaborating with internal consultants to ensure consistency across the application process.

Requirements

• 
  Strong writing, editing, and coaching skills.
• 
  Experience supporting students with application essays and interviews.
• 
  Ability to guide and mentor rather than rewrite content.
• 
  Strong understanding of admissions standards and selection criteria for competitive schools or universities.
