Peak Health is growing into the ACA Marketplace line of business. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience and expertise in ACA sales channels, operations, and coaching and developing key Agent and Agency leaders. This position will focus on recruitment, engagement, successful sales strategies, and serving as the primary resource for ACA-related questions and guidance.
The ACA (Affordable Care Act) Production Lead will be responsible for overseeing the production and operational aspects of our marketplace plans. This role involves managing the end-to-end production process, ensuring compliance with CMS standards and ACA requirements, and collaborating with internal and external partners to optimize efficiency, production, and overall effectiveness.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. Associate’s degree in business or healthcare related field AND Two (2) years of sales or healthcare related experience with ACA.
2. Active State and Life Health Insurance License in WV.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE:
1. Five (5) years of ACA Sales Experience, preferably working with an early-stage ACA plan.
2. Two (2) years Proven ability to develop strong relationships with industry stakeholders to include but not limited to brokers, agents, community partners, clinic management and FMO partner(s).
3. Demonstrated experience developing and implementing sales strategies, business plans, and agent engagement initiatives.

1. Achieve established sales targets throughout the year, with an emphasis on Open Enrollment Period (OEP) goals.
2. Increase and maintain Ready-to-Sell (RTS) agent participation throughout the year in alignment with established goals.
3. Maintain and grow relationships with selling agents year after year, with a focus on production and retention.
4. Implement sales training programs through in-person and virtual delivery methods.
5. Partner closely with Program Manager on designated supplemental vendor programs and related tasks.
6. Manage Daily Lead Assignments and ensure timely follow-up, outreach, and closing activity.
7. Develop and maintain positive-growing relationships with Agents and Agency Leaders.
8. Develop and facilitate “Train the Trainer” programs to support consistent agent education and development.
9. Establish and execute business planning strategies with agents around key enrollment periods.
10. Partner closely with internal teams and stakeholders on designated events, programs, and initiatives.
11. Maintain accountability of Clinic Attendance and agent compliance with established requirements.
12. Develop and implement strategies focused on agent force retention and Agents’ Book of Business (BOB) growth and retention.
13. Work closely with Operations Lead on certain tasks, initiatives, and projects.
14. Support the Manager and Director with assigned sales and retention initiatives; both internally and externally.
15. Support and encourage Self-Generated sales activity with agents, with focus on customer acquisition and retention.
16. Perform additional duties and support business needs as assigned.

9. Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new content, and demonstrate knowledge of the ACA and Medicare industries.
