Ruttley Services is looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Technician who is also a Licensed Electrician to join our growing team based in Chatswood.
We are a well-established residential plumbing and electrical service business, and we are now building out our air conditioning division. This is a great opportunity for the right person to come in early, help shape the way we do A/C, and grow with us as the division expands.
We only deal with residential repair, service and replacement work This is not a commercial construction role, and we are not looking for someone who only wants to do large projects or site work.
This is not just a basic technician role. We are looking for someone who can diagnose, quote, communicate well with homeowners, and deliver quality work You will be handling residential A/C service, fault finding, repairs, replacements and quoting, while also being able to assist with residential electrical jobs when required or when A/C work is quieter.
The role offers a strong salary package of $120,000–$160,000+ depending on experience, plus a fully maintained company vehicle, performance incentives and long-term career growth.
We are looking for a quality tradesperson who takes pride in their work, presents well, and knows how to deal with residential customers properly.
You will ideally have:
Experience in residential service, quoting, sales or premium customer service work will be highly regarded.
