Job Description


Our client is a construction company and they are looking for an AC Technician to join their team.

The candidate will coordinate the daily activities of a small team of Ac Technicians taking guidance from
supervisor while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in all aspects of the
team’s activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Possess general knowledge of all heating, ventilation and air-conditioning applications.

  • Inspect work area and able to observe, detect and troubleshoot problems.

  • Have strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage medium-sized teams.

  • Inform team leader on completion of daily tasks.

  • Show interest, ability and charisma to be able to coordinate a small team.

  • Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

  • Drive in conformance with health & safety rules within your teams.

  • Perform work safely to protect you and others from harm

  • Follow health and safety procedures, including wearing personal protective
    equipment, obeying safety signs and safely using work tools.

  • Not tampering with or misusing safety equipment, devices or any other company
    property

  • Report any identified defects and potential hazards in the workplace

  • Inform your Supervisor/HSE Representatives/HSE Officer or QHSE Manager of any
    observed workplace injury, illness and incidents.

  • Be familiar with the company’s emergency and evacuation procedures and the location
    of emergency equipment (fire extinguishers, first aid kit, etc.) in order to be able to take
    appropriate action in the event of an emergency

  • Participate in incident investigation (if required)

  • Promote the organization's positive health and safety culture.

Requirement

  • Advanced equipment selection skills

  • Excellent near vision and visualisation

  • Effective written and verbal communication and listening skills

  • Intermediate calculation skills

  • Excellent time-management skills

  • Good instructing skills

  • 4 years of experience in the field
