We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AC Technician to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing air conditioning and HVAC systems across residential and commercial properties. As an AC Technician, you'll work collaboratively with our team to ensure optimal system performance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to all safety and regulatory standards. • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on various HVAC units, including split systems, package units, and central AC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
• Conduct comprehensive inspections and analyze system functionality to identify potential issues before they become critical problems
• Diagnose and repair faults in AC and refrigeration systems using analytical skills and technical knowledge
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency breakdowns in a professional and efficient manner
• Replace defective components such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, and other HVAC parts with precision and care
• Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
• Coordinate effectively with other trades (electrical, civil, plumbing) during installation and maintenance projects
• Clean and maintain coils, filters, condenser units, and other system components as part of scheduled maintenance protocols
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed, parts used, and issues identified, ensuring transparent communication with management and customers
• Follow all safety protocols when handling electrical systems and refrigerants, utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Ensure all work complies with company standards, local UAE regulations, and industry best practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on all job sites
• UAE Valid driving license for light vehicle (Manual)

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI certification in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, or Air Conditioning (or equivalent qualification)
• Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation
• Comprehensive knowledge of split systems, package units, central AC systems, and refrigeration equipment
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issues
• Strong understanding of electrical components and safe refrigerant handling procedures
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for service calls throughout Dubai
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation manuals
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Physical fitness and ability to work in various environmental conditions
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisive decisions under pressure
• Familiarity with UAE safety regulations, building codes, and compliance standards
• Preferred: Additional certifications in HVAC systems or refrigeration technology
• Preferred: Experience with modern diagnostic tools and equipment
