Job Description

As the AC Startup Coordinator, you will be responsible to work with our builders and area supervisors to ensure timely dispatch for AC startups. World Class customer service and people skills are a must. You will also need to build strong relationships with our vendor partners to ensure we have the most current information available.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assess the needs of our builders.
• Create and maintain a relationship with our warranty team.
• Meet and exceed all end of the quarter jobs.
• Schedule AC startups to meet builder expectations.
• Answer telephones and respond to all emails related to our ac startups.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous in scheduling experience.
• World Class Customer Service skills.
• High Quality Organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and while facing deadlines and other adversities.
• Must be able to Multitask.
• Ability to network and build relationships within our communities.
• Excellent critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.
• At least three years of related experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15+ pounds at times.
