Job Description

Job Role: UCL AC Runner

Location: London

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Permanent

Reporting Too: UCL Contracts Manager

In order to continue this growth, the company requires strengthening of the existing structure by employing a Runner who will support the professionalism and technical depth Artic wishes to demonstrate to its clients. This is a very exciting opportunity for the right individual to make an impact within a growing business.

Skills Required:

· Current and Clean UK driver’s license or Commonwealth (NZ, Australian etc.) driver’s license (as long as you have been here less than a year)

· Working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment (not necessary but advantage)

· Ability to develop and be part of a team. Manage their own time, works and paperwork

· Positive attitude “can do will do”.

· Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site

· Commercially astute, driven to identify and generate additional works / sales when on site.

Job Duties:

· Dropping off and picking up parts and equipment around the UCL Campus and supporting the Air Conditioning engineers on site.

· Going to suppliers to pick up parts and equipment.

· When you have downtime you will be required to help the engineers with their work under supervision.

· You will be able to take the van home each day if you like or it can be left onsite.
