1st Lake Properties is seeking a skilled and dependable AC Technician to join our maintenance team at our Magnolia Creek apartment community in River Ridge. We’re a locally owned and operated apartment management company dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents — and we know that starts with a strong, professional maintenance team.
As an AC Technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning and heating systems. You’ll ensure all HVAC equipment operates safely and efficiently, helping to keep our residents comfortable year-round. You will also perform electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs; as well as prepare apartments for new resident move ins.
