Nuestro cliente es un prestigioso Fondo de Inversión Británico. Para ampliar el equipo en sus oficinas de Madrid desea contratar un ABOGADO JUNIOR CON FORMACION EN DERECHO DE LA CONTRATACIÓN Y DERECHO MERCANTIL.
¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?
El candidato seleccionado reportará al Director de la Asesoría Jurídica del Fondo.
Deseamos conocer Abogados expertos en Derecho Mercantil, preferiblemente que hayan desarrollado su carrera profesional en despachos nacionales, internacionales o Big Four y que aporten experiencia asesorando a empresas en materia contractual, corporate, societario.
REQUISITOS DEL CANDIDATO
Licenciatura en Derecho y Master Acceso a la Abogacía. Valorable dobles titulaciones.
Experiencia laboral en Derecho de la contratación.
Valorable estudios de postgrado en escuela de negocio prestigiosa.
Nivel de inglés alto (se realizarán pruebas)
Profesional con capacidad de aprendizaje y alto nivel de motivación.
Perfil analítico y planificador, colaborador, proactivo, responsable, organizado y resolutivo.
Persona con alta capacidad de comunicación y con habilidad para trabajar en equipo, con interlocutores nacionales e internacionales.
