La posición de Abogado Corporativo requiere que el candidato tenga la capacidad de trabajar de manera autónoma y proactiva en temas de derecho contractual, servicios especializados , secretaría corporativa, cumplimiento regulatorio, antilavado y asesoramiento diario a los clientes internos bajo su responsabilidad. Esta persona reportará directamente a la directora Legal en México. Se espera que el candidato sea capaz de transitar por distintos campos del derecho, realizar análisis legales, elaborar recomendaciones para las diferentes áreas de la empresa, así como proponer, desarrollar e implementar estrategias legales con énfasis en derecho contractual, servicios especializados (reforma laboral2021) y secretaría corporativa (incluyendo la implementación y seguimiento a la gestión de poderes, así como la coordinación, revisión y validación de asambleas). Además, se requiere que la persona seleccionada tenga excelentes habilidades de redacción y negociación en todos los tipos de contratos y documentos, un dominio competente del idioma inglés legal y un profundo conocimiento de las leyes y reglamentos locales. El candidato también será responsable de gestionar y colaborar en las relaciones externas con asesores y despachos de abogados externos cuando sea necesario, así como brindar entrenamientos a sus clientes internos asignados
