What You'll Do Work one-on-one with children with autism Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Collect data and document progress Work closely with BCBAs and families Celebrate your clients' wins — big and small What We're Looking For Previous ABA experience Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Reliable — when a child is counting on you, you show up Patient, energetic, and great with kids Open to feedback and always looking to improve High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation to client homes Already an RBT?
