ABA Therapist in classroom Settings
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with children and individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges, providing evidence-based therapy in line with ABA principles.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions to implement ABA strategies.
* Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising BCBA.
* Record and analyze data to track progress and inform treatment.
* Foster positive behavioral changes and skill acquisition in clients.
* Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and team members.
* Maintain a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
* Flexibility working in school settings.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
* Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification.
* Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental delays is an advantage.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

ABC Diagnostic and Learning Center is a diagnostic, intervention and training center located in Riyadh to help learners of all ages who are struggling academically, cannot focus on their studies, and lack study skills. ABC center is the first specialized learning center in Riyadh that provides bilingual assessments (Arabic and English) using validated and reliable assessment tools. ABC center provides a wide range of research based programs targeting cognitive, reading, writing, phonological awareness and comprehension skills in both languages Arabic and English. Other services that we provide are speech therapy dealing with all types of speech problems including stuttering, receptive and expressive language difficulties. Applied Behavior analysis (ABA) therapy is also provided at ABC Diagnostic and Learning Center dealing with students having behavioral problems.
