Key Responsibilities

State Launch & Licensing

• Lead ABA service launches across multiple states, including securing required licensure
• Navigate regulatory requirements and build out operational infrastructure in each new market

Business Development & Relationship Management

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth across markets
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, partners, and key stakeholders
• Conduct outreach to expand the company's presence and pipeline in each state

Recruiting & Clinical Buildout

• Drive recruiting efforts for in-patient and home care ABA roles
• Build and scale clinical and operational teams from the ground up

Operations & Execution

• Oversee billing operations and ensure back-office functions run smoothly
• Own projects end-to-end — take initiative, execute with precision, and deliver results

Qualifications

• Background in business development, healthcare operations, or ABA services
• Proven ability to launch and scale new programs or markets
• Strong relationship-building and outreach skills
• Experience recruiting and growing clinical or operational teams
• Highly detail-oriented with a track record of executing on complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
• Experience in ABA, behavioral health, or home care strongly preferred
