Job Description


This is a remote position.


Summary


We are looking for a meticulous and organized administrative professional to manage scheduling and operational coordination for a U.S.-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) clinic. This role is vital for ensuring seamless clinic operations and enhancing client satisfaction by effectively coordinating therapist availability, managing cancellations, and aligning treatment hours with insurance approvals.


Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and manage schedules for therapists, including RBTs and BCBA supervisors.

  • Handle cancellations, rescheduling, and necessary schedule adjustments.

  • Track and ensure alignment of treatment hours with insurance approvals.

  • Communicate scheduling updates to families and therapy staff.

  • Maintain scheduling accuracy within EMR systems.

  • Ensure documentation is consistently updated and well-organized.


Requirements


Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting a U.S.-based healthcare provider.

  • Experience in managing multi-party scheduling and calendar coordination.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Clear and professional written communication skills.

  • Experience with EMR systems is preferred.

  • Experience in an ABA clinic is preferred but not required.
