✨ A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BEHAVIOR TECH: ✨

🎲 Step 1: Start with fun!

You might kick things off with games, toys, puzzles, or your child’s favorite activities. Building trust and making your session enjoyable is a big part of the job!

🧠 Step 2: Sneak learning into everyday moments!

You’ll help a child practice important skills, like communicating their needs, following directions, taking turns, and becoming more independent. Learning doesn’t have to feel like school!

🌟 Step 3: Celebrate the LITTLE WINS!

Did the child try something new? Communicate something independently? Practice a challenging skill? THAT’S A WIN! 🥳 Every bit of progress matters.

💪 Step 4: Follow the plan and keep growing!

You’ll work with guidance from a BCBA, follow the child’s individualized treatment plan, and record session notes and data. You’re never expected to know everything on day one!

💜 Step 5: Leave knowing your time mattered.

You’re not just filling hours. You’re helping a child build skills that can make everyday life a little easier, one step at a time.

💼 WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

Experience in ABA or an RBT certification is a plus! Training and guidance may be available for the right candidate.

💰 PAY: $22–$30/hour
