🚨 HIRING: Part-Time ABA Paraprofessional / Behavior Tech 🚨

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and compassionate 1-on-1 ABA Paraprofessional / Behavior Technician to work with an engaging 16-year-old boy located in Yonkers, NY.

📅 Schedule: starting at 3:30 PM (Great for after-school hours!)

🗣️ Language: English required (Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus!)

✨ Who We Are Looking For:

• Teen-Savvy: Someone who genuinely enjoys working with teenagers, understands their world, and knows how to keep them motivated and engaged.
• Positive Energy: A reliable, enthusiastic mentor who brings patience, structure, and fun to every session.
• Experienced: Background in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis), special education, or behavioral support is highly preferred.

• Provide direct 1-on-1 behavioral support using ABA strategies.
• Focus on skill-building, independence, and social skills tailored for a teenager.
• Collaborating with the family and clinical team to track progress.
