We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and dedicated 1-on-1 ABA Paraprofessional / Behavior Technician to work with an active 9-year-old boy located in Ossining, NY.

🗣️ Language: English and Spanish speaking preferred!

• Youth-Focused: Someone who is patient, fun, and knows how to keep a 9-year-old boy motivated and creatively engaged during weekend free time.
• Consistent & Reliable: A professional who understands the importance of building routine and providing structure.
• Experienced: Background in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis), special education, or pediatric behavioral support is required.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1-on-1 behavioral support using established ABA strategies.
• Implement behavior intervention plans to support positive choices and emotional regulation.
• Work on social skills, community outings, and functional daily living skills.
