This is a remote position.


Summary


We are looking for a seasoned administrative professional to join our team, supporting a U.S.-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) clinic. This role is crucial in managing intake coordination and patient access operations, ensuring smooth front-end revenue flow and efficient family onboarding processes.


Responsibilities


  • Conduct intake calls with parents

  • Verify insurance benefits and eligibility

  • Coordinate prior authorizations

  • Collect and organize onboarding documentation

  • Maintain accurate EMR records (experience with CentralReach, TheraNest, SimplePractice preferred)

  • Communicate professionally with families


Requirements


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a U.S.-based ABA or mental health clinic

  • Familiarity with U.S. insurance verification processes

  • Proficiency in using healthcare EMR systems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized and process-driven
