ABA Outreach & Intake Coordinator

Behaven Kids | Full-time

Commission Based

Help families access care while building relationships that support our growing ABA program.

Behaven Kids is seeking an outgoing, organized, and results-driven ABA Outreach & Intake Coordinator. This role combines community outreach with family support: you will introduce our ABA services to physicians and other referral sources, then guide interested families through the intake process and toward enrollment.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective families by phone, email, and in person to explain services and answer questions.
• Follow up consistently with families in our pipeline, address nonclinical questions or concerns, and help them complete the steps needed to begin services.
• Coordinate intake paperwork and required documentation with families and internal teams.
• Partner with clinical and administrative staff to confirm service availability and support a smooth transition into care.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, referrals, and family communications.
• Work toward established outreach and enrollment goals while supporting informed family decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and confidence initiating conversations with medical professionals and families.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Comfort working toward measurable goals and earning performance-based compensation.
• The ability to build trust, explain services clearly, and respond thoughtfully to questions.
• A compassionate, professional approach to working with families seeking support for their children.
• Experience in sales, healthcare outreach, intake, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with ABA or behavioral health preferred, but not required.

Compensation

This position offers an hourly base plus commission, providing consistent base pay and the opportunity to earn additional compensation through performance. Commission terms and performance expectations will be explained during the interview process.
