We are currently seeking a full-time Clinical Director to augment a large, existing clinical center in Traverse City.

We are looking for a Clinical Director to lead our existing Petoskey center and a team of passionate and dedicated BCBAs. The successful candidate in this role will earn over $100,000 in total compensation annually.

Under the direction of a Regional Clinical Director, the Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the therapeutic needs of the clients being served in and around the clinical center. The Clinical Director is responsible for achieving specific clinical quality objectives, while also achieving the financial plan for the center. This person is responsible for managing a small caseload, while overseeing behavior technician and Behavior Analyst performance. The Clinical Director also analyzes data collected by behavior technicians and program supervisors to determine if the interventions they created are effective in creating the desired behavior change for the client. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical, administrative, and leadership capabilities to achieve the best possible outcomes for the clients and families we serve.
