Job Description


This is a remote position.


Summary


We are looking for a seasoned billing professional to enhance the revenue cycle management of a U.S.-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) clinic. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate submission of claims, securing timely reimbursements, and actively following up on outstanding balances. A strong understanding of U.S. insurance workflows is essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities


  • Submit and monitor insurance claims

  • Manage accounts receivable aging reports

  • Follow up on denied or unpaid claims

  • Utilize CPT codes (preferably 97151, 97153, 97155)

  • Post payments and reconcile accounts

  • Communicate with insurance payers as necessary

  • Maintain precise billing documentation


Qualifications


  • Required experience in U.S. medical billing

  • Familiarity with insurance portals and claims processes

  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable management and denial resolution

  • Preferred experience in ABA billing

  • Detail-oriented with a process-driven approach

  • Strong written communication skills in English
