What is an RBT?
As a Behavior Technician (BT)/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll be using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to create positive change in the lives of children. In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one support to children with developmental and behavioral challenges in their home or community settings, all while receiving PAID TRAINING TO BECOME AN RBT!

Achieving True Self provides treatment and consultation services to individuals, families and their surrounding communities (schools, organizations) impacted by one or more behavioral health diagnoses, including those affected by an autism spectrum disorder in Maryland, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
